NOTICE TO BENEFICIARIES AND CREDITORS In the Estate of Victor Frank Harrison The below named persons who are each entitled to bequests in the estate of Victor Frank Harrison , late of Ottawa, Ontario, who died on or about March 15, 2015 are hereby notified and asked to contact the undersigned as soon as possible to claim their respective entitlements: Mr. Marlin McKale , past owner of Mckale's Service Centre formerly located at 852 Bank St., Ottawa, ON; and Ms. Almaz Haile , former employee of the Billingswood Manor located at 1370 Bank St., Ottawa, ON. Further, all persons having claims against the above named estate are hereby notified to send particulars of the same to the undersigned on or before August 23, 2016, after which date the estate will be distributed, with regard only to claims of which the undersigned and the estate trustee shall then have notice and the undersigned and estate trustee will not then be liable to any person of whose claims they shall not then have notice.
